Our role

BizMarketplace is an advertising platform. We are not a business broker or estate agent, we don't verify every listing, and we are not a party to any sale.

Buyers

Always view a business in person, check its accounts, lease and licences, and take professional advice before paying anything. Never pay deposits to people you haven't met.

Sellers

You must own or be authorised to sell the business, and your listing must be accurate. We may edit or remove listings that break these terms.

Listings from other sites

Some listings were first published publicly on Facebook Marketplace. BizMarketplace is not affiliated with Meta. Sellers can have their listing removed at any time from the reply page or the removal form.

Messages

Don't send spam, abusive messages or requests for payment. We may read messages reported to us to keep the site safe.
